Ok I think this place needs a little more explanation than just the spooky place (named that by my dad) It's really name is The merryville center for medically complex children. In short it is an abandoned mental institution. We found the listing for it sometime in november 06 and decided to go. It was insane! These pics were taken recently but they dont do this place justice. The first people i went with was my dad and darrell but the recent time was with dad and allison. It has been abandoned for a LONG time and is getting ready to be torn down. Something else that is strange is how they just picked up and left and they left everything! from beds to school supplies and gym equipment they just up and left. All of us have had personal expeirences in this place but ill tell those as i go threw the pictures.
I'll start from the outside.......
This is the new sign they put up in place of the old one (dont ask me why the would put up a new sign at an abandoned building....but hey whatever floats their boat)
These pics are of the greeting house it is the very first building you see when you come onto the campus we havent been able to get in there yet (key word there is YET :p )
This is the building directly next to the greeting building we also have not been in there (there are like 7 or 8 different buildings we wouldnt be able to do them all in one night plus they are a bitch to get into)

The Courtyard

HA HA I took this pic from the place all 3 of us decided to run to hide at the same time (sry daddy didnt mean to run into you :p) The reason we had to hide was because out of the 3 of us NO ONE noticed a car with it lights pull up:p

The Pool Room
Ok the pool room is where we have had things happen every time we have went there. As you wil notice there absolutley no water in the pool but everytime we go there we hear splashes like some one just jumped off a diving board but they're not quiet either they're loud!
The pool ladder (i climbed down into it) as i got further down i had a really big gust of air hit me dunno what it was (because im not going to jump to cunclusions and assume it was anything paranormal) but it was weird

The stuff hanging from the hallway is just the roof falling apart
LOOK AT THIS PIC! I dont know what this is there wasnt anything in this hallway and the end of the hallway is really far away and it a gym so i have no idea what this is but to me it looks like a person (also the first time we went darrell saw something similar to a person walking into one of the cells.
